Nashville Legacy Cohort
Nashville Legacy Cohort is a 1-year post-graduate ministry program committed to equipping individuals with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively spread the gospel message. Our focus on real-world ministry training, combined with a dedication to biblical teachings, sets us apart as a leading program for empowering the next generation of disciples.
Our vision
INVESTING IN YOUR GROWTH
We are called to "go and make disciples," but ~38 million young people will walk away from the faith by 2050 as our current church systems aren't meeting their spiritual hunger in new ways. In the words of Tim Keller, "nothing else will have the consistent impact of dynamic church planting," and we're on a mission to find and train the next generation of leaders.
Why?
FOR THE NEXT GENERATION
Program Pillars
Theology

Participants will be integrated into the life of a local church, experience life-on-life spiritual mentorship, and be guided in a plan for spiritual growth.
Formation
Participants will learn to cultivate mature relationships with peers, mentors, church-members, and in their community through events both in Nashville and treks outside of it.
Community
Participants will be immersed in tangible and relational opportunities to serve the financially needy by spending time with a refugee family and serving in the Napier community.
Service
Participants will practice living and sharing the gospel with unbelievers in order to help others find and follow Jesus.

Cohort Phases
AUGUST-JULY
Phase 1: Planting Seeds
In the first few months, the cohort will move into neighborhoods where they will live, work, and worship. They will also get to experience an immersive cross cultural trips to build community and cast vision over their mission.
Phase 2: Growing Roots
After being oriented to Nashville, the cohort will work in local churches, serve in their community, and be trained in the program pillars for about 8 months, experiencing the life of ministry while also being mentored regularly.
Phase 3: Branching Out
In the final few months of the cohort, they will spend time on a capstone project. In partnership with their local church and guidance from their mentors, these projects will be both the culmination of what they have learned and the start of their life afterward.
Phase 4: Bearing Fruit
After the year of the program, the team will be mobilized and ushered into the next right thing in line with their calling, whether they end up staying at the church, starting to plant a new church, going to seminary, or supporting a local nonprofit.
